We do our best to attend as many cases possible. Please be patient if we don’t reply immediately, it only means that we are busy with other cases or are out of range or are facing some network issues.

IF the case that you want to report IS CRITICAL, please don’t wait for our response! Instead, call your nearby vet, try to reach out to volunteers in your area, bring the dog to a clinic if possible, contact another NGO!
